I believe that avoiding refined foods is a first step to lose weight. They can taste very good, but processed foods contain very little vitamins and minerals, making you try to eat more only to have enough power to get over the day. For anyone who is constantly eating these foods, converting to cereals and other complex carbohydrates will let you have more vigor while taking in less. Thanks alot : ) for your blog post.
